DNB Asset Management is now accepting applications for its 2025 Summer Internship Program.
As one of the largest investment managers in the Nordics, we offer a comprehensive 6 to 8-week internship from June to August at our Oslo office in Bjørvika.This program is an excellent opportunity for those interested in investment management to gain valuable experience and knowledge. Interns will be introduced to various business areas of DNB and engage with peers through social and educational events.
Summer Internship 2025:
Candidates will join primarily our equities team. Responsibilities include project work in areas like company/sector research, stock valuation, ESG integration, and risk and performance analytics, alongside daily asset management tasks. Each intern will have a dedicated mentor and the chance to present their project findings to senior managers.
Our Summer Internship Program combines career development with engaging activities, offering diverse social events, team-building exercises, and workshops to foster networking among interns and DNB Asset Management staff.
What We Offer:
Hands-on experience in a leading Nordic asset management firm with NOK1,000 bn under management.
Introduction to various investment strategies including discretionary mandates within Nordic and global asset classes, both long-only equities, long/short equities, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, multi-assets, multi-manager portfolios and alternative investments that we offer to our clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Keen interest in investment management and finance.
Team player with flexibility in approach.
Students in their 2nd - 4th year of study in business/economics, mathematics, or engineering, demonstrating strong academic performance.
Dedicated and self-driven, with a curious mind and commitment to continuous learning.
