Customer Service Specialist
DNB Auto Finance Oy Finland is part of DNB, Norway's largest financial services group and one of the largest in the Nordic region in terms of market capitalization. We are currently 34 people working at Auto Finance Oy, in Kamppi (Helsinki) and we are now on the lookout for customer focused, team oriented and efficient Customer Service Specialists. You will be part of a customer service department currently consisting of 13 people.
We have five temporary positions available: one maternity leave cover (until January 2026) and four summer substitute roles. These positions are available in both the Customer Support and Dealer Support teams.
About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will strive to increase customer satisfaction by identifying and assessing customers’ needs, answering questions, and performing daily operational activities for importer, dealer, and end user customers, by phone and email.
Specific tasks will include:
- Contract, payment and invoice management
- Handling inbound customer contacts
- Support credit function with credit decisions
- Various other separately assigned tasks within DNB Auto Finance Oy
- Following DNB's regulations and policies.

Your competency profile:
- Relevant education in Business Administration, or other relevant field
- A recent graduate, at end of the studies or already gained some (1-2) years job experience within relevant position/industry
- Knowledge of car financing/leasing industry considered a strength
- Profiency in Finnish and English – orally and written
- Profiency in Swedish/Norwegian considered a strength
- Excellent team player
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and situations
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Positive “hands on” attitude and passion to get things done
- Willingness to go the “extra mile” and further develop yourself within the car financing industry
