DNB Asset Management AS. (the “Management Company”) is the Luxembourg arm and a licensed UCITS funds management company, a so called Chapter 15 management company. The Management Company is principally engaged in UCITS fund administration, management, supervision and international marketing & sales. The International Marketing & Sales team is responsible for active fund distribution to international wholesale and institutional clients in markets outside the Nordic region, whereas the Governance and Administration team deals with the daily operations, contractual distributors as well as the compliance, risk and legal aspects of the fund management activity.  

 

 

 

We are now recruiting a Sales Support for our Management Company.

 

As a Sales Support you will assist our Head of French-speaking Europe in order to strengthen our team and further develop the French-speaking markets within the wholesale and institutional segment. This role will be based in Luxembourg and requires regular business travel. As part of a small team and a boutique spirit, you will have a broad range of tasks of which some of the following.


Responsibilities

 

  • Provide sales support to contribute to the achievement of the overall sales targets and for the French-speaking markets in particular
  • Serve clients in their requests for fund information, marketing documents as well as ensure smooth experience when investing
  • Set up client meetings & calls and ensure the preparation & follow up
  • Prepare, organise and attend client events for French-speaking investors
  • Support in communication activities together with our PR agent (coordination as well as adaptation & proofreading of our written material like articles & press releases)
  • Coordinate activities with the Marketing team in Luxembourg
  • Provide customised Reporting to clients
  • Prepare marketing presentations and sales pitch books
  • Take part in regular internal meetings and periodical planning sessions

 

Competence and experience requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business economics or similar with strong results
  • At least 3 years of experience within the asset management industry in sales or marketing support towards French-speaking or international clients
  • Good comprehension of ESG related matters in investments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular with PowerPoint & Excel
  • French native speaker with fluency in English; other languages are a plus

  • Flexible and open for challenges in a small, entrepreneurial team, through taking initiatives, sharing ideas and knowledge;
  • Ability to work in a remote location in an international multicultural team
  • Well organised and structured
  • Responsive and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills orally for cold calling and exchanging with clients in French
  • Excellent communication skills in writing (for marketing presentations and other purposes) in English and French.
