In Financial & Risk Value Chain (FRVC) we serve some of the most important core banking value chains in DNB, operationalizing advanced analytics at a large scale, contributing directly to DNB’s financial results and DNBs operational risk management.

DNB is moving at a fast pace and has established a Data Management Strategy which moves us gradually into Data Mesh with a combination of decentralized and centralized data products. 
You will be a vital person in DNB’s operational risk development and will contribute to development, operations, prioritization as well as roadmap and blueprint discussions. Passion for both data and technology is important in this role. 

About the team:

Our team consists of skilled developers and strong business ownership. We continuously build solutions that monitor and provide insight into DNB’s credit risk. We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Engineer to play a key role in modernizing our risk and financial data value chain. 

You will be critical in: 

• migrating key data processes from legacy platforms to modern cloud-based solutions
• developing data products essential for risk management, financial reporting, real-time credit scoring, and batch scoring
• contributing to strategy, architecture, implementation, and ongoing improvements

Your work will directly have an impact on how we manage data across the organization and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with:

• solid experience in data engineering
• ideally a background in Teradata
• proven ability in creating and maintaining complex data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• experience with erwin Data Modeler (an advantage)
• a strong understanding of scalable, maintainable, and well-governed data solutions
• who is willing to learn modern tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and database DevOps tooling
