Key responsibilities:

• Handle all types of payment efficiently and accurately according to procedures
• Monitor requests and take an action based on the instructions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders across borders Skills and abilities

We are looking for:

• Proficiency in English (at least B2+ level)
• Experience and knowledge in payments handling, reconciliation and claims or in the financial sphere is an advantage
• Accuracy with numbers
• Good emotional intelligence and stress resistance
• Strong cooperation and interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities
• Quick learner with a curious and open mindset
