We are looking for a CONSULTANT in Shared Finance Services

Are you skilled, committed, and curious? Then you are exactly the colleague Shared Finance Services Riga is looking for! Your role will be to help us with daily tasks– processing invoices and travel expenses for DNB Bank Norway and DNB branches worldwide. Through this role, you will gain valuable insight into the bank’s financial functions and closely collaborate with different business and support areas. Your main responsibility will be handling invoices and travel expenses, as well as continuously improving our services.

Your main responsibilities

• Follow rules and guidelines (both legal and internal)
• Process invoices
• Prepare and maintain documentation
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
• Keep financial records neat and precise
• Improve quality

Your background

• Education and/or relevant experience from accounting/Accounts payable or receivable/business controlling
• Excellent knowledge English
• Good knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish will be considered as advantage
