We are currently experiencing an increasing demand for sustainable financing and investment solutions among our clients, and we are continuously increasing our efforts within sustainable finance.

DNB Markets is one of the leading investment banks in the Nordics with about 700 employees and offices in ten countries across the world. Our experienced professionals assist our client with a broad range of Investment Banking products and services. The Investment Banking Division within DNB Markets provides advisory and execution services within M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance. With around 130 professionals located in Oslo, Stockholm, London, New York and Singapore, IBD has an international team with extensive product, market and transaction experience. In Stockholm, we are approximately 50 professionals and are growing at a quick pace.

The Sustainable Finance team is a unit within IBD focused on assisting clients to integrate sustainability in debt and equity transactions to meet investor and other stakeholder expectations. This includes assisting clients issuing green, social and sustainability-linked bonds and loans, as well as advising companies ahead of an IPO on how to highlight and enhance their sustainability profile from a capital markets perspective. We are currently looking for candidates for our 5-months Sustainable Finance Internship starting in August 2025, or as agreed, where you will gain valuable insights into the field of sustainable finance and its relevance to our global client base, while being presented with a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting sustainable finance and ESG-related transactions.

What we are looking for

• A desire to learn more about the work within an investment bank

• An interest in sustainability and sustainable finance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with skills in a Nordic language considered a plus
• Strong academic results
• Completed minimum one year of relevant studies
