We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining services that power our applications.

Our teams consist of Product Owners, Software Engineers, IT Architects, UX Designers, QA engineers and Designers. We have a great collaboration between business and development, in a product-oriented fashion where we adhere to agile principles of working. As we are product-oriented we take ownership of the product we are working on, and have a full DevOps responsibility ranging from design, development, monitoring and maintenance.

About the role

The role of the devops engineer is to take complex, repetitive tasks, and make the machines do our work for us. By way of example: from a multi-step software build and verification process to a single automated routine that runs tests, compiles software, and analyses the output without human intervention, or from meticulously creating server and networking infrastructure in web consoles to infrastructure as code where a single interaction can create entire environments. 

Required Qualifications

We prefer that you have completed higher technical education, but we also acknowledge that extensive relevant experience may make up for this. You must be fluent in English (both oral and written).

• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
• Proven experience with Linux System administration
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Gitlab CI/CD or similar
• Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Knowledge of containers and Docker-based deployments
• Knowledge of API security, including TLS, OAuth/ OIDC, and authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with instrumentation, logging, tracing, and metrics tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar
• The patience and resilience to navigate corporate policies and the ability to work effectively within their constraints
