- Close collaboration with orchestration and server side teams to ensure data is correctly produced, enriched, and exposed as part of mortgage process flows
- Ensuring high data quality, consistency, traceability, and observability across systems, including proactive detection and resolution of data issues
- Operational responsibility for stable, secure, and compliant data solutions (DataOps ownership), including handling, and continuous improvement
- Contributing to and influencing data and solution architecture, ensuring alignment with architectural principles, regulatory requirements, and long term target state
- Acting as a technical authority and sparring partner for data engineers, analysts, architects, and product roles in the Data & Insight team.
- Driving knowledge sharing, mentoring, and competence development within data engineering and analytics

- Experience with modern transformation and analytics engineering practices and tooling (e.g. dbt), with a focus on testability, versioning, and long term maintainability of data models
- Experience working with data originating from orchestration platforms, integration layers, and event driven architectures
- Proven ability to take technical ownership across teams, guiding architectural and implementation decisions beyond a single delivery team
- Experience with cloud based data platforms and modern data tooling, such as AWS, Snowflake, and Hadoop
